General Terms and Conditions

ONLINE TOUR BOOKING:

  1. All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply at least within 1 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed we will inform you and give the other suggestion.
  2. After you have completed your order, we will send a confirmation if the space are available or notIf space still available in accordance with the date you requested, we will send a confirmation email and your order has been completed, but if the space is not available we will suggest to nearest date or refund 100% your money on the same business day.

PAYMENT:

  1. All Confirmed reservation is required 50% deposit, and 100% payment for Discovery Plus Program.
  2. We can accept payments by Cash, Credit card, Online ( credit card & PayPal ) and Bank transfer, please let us know your preferred payment option and we’ll send you the details. 
  3. Price based in IDR. If pay with Dollars, it will be converted acording exchange rate when the payment is made.
  4. Payment by credit card will incur an additional fee of 3% ( Bank fee )
  5. Online Payment with Credit Card by Visa or Master is the simplest and quickest way to settle your bill. We will send you a link which will direct you to online form where you will have to fill in your credit card details. 
  6. Payment should be made to our account in full amount. Any bank charges incurred, must be absorbed by the remiter.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All bookings canceled within 48 hours prior booking date will be charged 50% cancelation fees from total amout.
  2. Payments that has been made are non-refundable, but it's allowed you to make a reschedule.
  3. Bali Dolphin Interaction reserve the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or amend any of the above programs / sessions without prior notice. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund (100%) or the tour moved to another day.

SCHEDULE CHANGES:

  1. Rescheduling allowed no later than a day prior the trip date, before 11 am.
  2. Rescheduling on the day of trip is not allowed, and payment that has been paid can't be refunded.
  3. Downgrade program on the day is not allowed 
  4. We are cannot be held responsible for changes to tour schedule for reasons beyond our control. (i.e. weather, road blockage, ceremonies, or other unforeseen circumstances).

PRICE CHANGES:

Prices may change at any time with short notice.

AGE GROUPS:

  1. Adult : > 12 years old
  2. Child : Between 2 - 11 years old.
  3. Children height less than 100 cm must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant.
